- We are a small batch, hand-made candle company on Vancouver Island, British Columbia,
- We pride ourselves in our craft and our respectful creative processes,
- We sell our candles directly through our online store, farmer’s markets and artisan fairs,
- We wholesale our products to retail partners and distributors as well.
Shipping Wholesale Orders
All orders ship from our candle shop on Vancouver Island, BC, in three to seven (3-7) business days from date of order.
All wholesale purchases will be shipped via courier, unless otherwise discussed, and are shipped from Ladysmith, British Columbia. We ship via an online shipping aggregator to ensure we have the lowest shipping prices possible for our clients.
Should you wish courier insurance on your purchase please let Bees Wax Works know at time of purchase.
Orders will not be shipped if previous invoice(s) are unpaid.
Shipping costs are solely carried by the stockist and are non-refundable.

Order and Payment Terms
Payment is due at time of order for all new wholesale partners. Subsequent order payments are due at receipt of goods; any other payment options will be mutually agreed by the Bees Wax Works and the stockist.
First minimum order is $500.00 CAD, unless otherwise agreed at the time of order placement. Subsequent minimum orders are $275.00 CAD, unless otherwise agreed to at the time of order placement. An annual minimum order total (all orders in one calendar year) must be $500.00 CAD. All orders will be received by Bees Wax Works via our online wholesale platform only. This is accessible by the green button link (CTA button) on the top right-hand corner of our homepage. Please check out using the “Wholesale Check Out” option.
Bees Wax Works accepts, EMT, Master Card, Visa, Paypal and cheques as payment for goods. All NSF cheques will carry a $50.00 CAD administration fee payable to Bees Wax Works by the wholesale partner.
New orders will not be shipped until all previous invoices have been paid in full.

To complete your return/exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Return (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s).
Once this is completed your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your account, credit card or other original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Refund amount will be less a 10% restocking fee.
Exchange (if applicable)

The stockist will be responsible for paying its’ own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
