Bees Wax Works Commitment to Quality

We are committed to partnering with the best stockists in Canada and around the world. Should you be interested in stocking Bees Wax Works products, here are some things to note:

    • We are a small batch, hand made candle company on Salt Spring Island, BC.

    • We pride ourselves in our craft and our respectful creative process.

    • We sell our candles directly through our web market, farmer’s markets and

      artisan fairs.

    • As well, we wholesale our products.

      Bees Wax Works wants to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase of pure beeswax candles, always.

    • To complete your return/exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

      Refunds (if applicable)

      Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

      Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

      Refund amount will be less a 10% restocking fee. Exchanges (if applicable)

    • Shipping Returns

To return your product, please ship product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Shipping Wholesale Orders

All orders ship from our candle shop in three to five (3-5) Business Days.

All wholesale purchases will be shipped via Canada Post Corporation (CPC) unless otherwise discussed, and are shipped from Salt Spring Island, BC.

Shipments will utilize the "Expedited Parcel" Service of CPC in Canada, unless otherwise discussed. Shipments to the USA or International countries will be sent "Air Tracked" Packages.

Should you wish insurance on your purchase please let Bees Wax Works know at time of purchase.

Shipping costs are carried by the purchaser and are non-refundable.

Order and Payment Terms

Payment is due at time of order for all Wholesale Partners, unless other arrangements are negotiated.

First minimum order is $400.00 CAD, unless otherwise agreed at time of order. Subsequent minimum orders are $275.00 CAD, unless otherwise agreed at time of order.

Bees Wax Works accepts, EMT, Master Card, Visa, Paypal and cheque as payment for goods. All NSF cheques will carry a $50.00 CAD administration fee payable to Bees Wax Works, by the wholesale partner.

New orders will not be shipped until all previous invoices have been paid in full. Prices subject to change without notice at any time.
